Is this therapy?
No. Lyra Dream is a reflective companion, not a medical or mental-health service, and it isn't a substitute for a therapist. Many people use it alongside therapy — to notice patterns between sessions and bring more to the room. If you're in distress, please reach a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
What happens to my dreams?
You can encrypt them at rest with a key derived from your password — our servers then hold only wrapped keys they cannot open without you. Dreams are decrypted briefly in memory during your live session so the analysis can run, then sealed again. We never sell data, never show ads, and never use your dreams to train AI models.
You can export everything or delete your account — and all of it — at any time.
What does it cost?
Your first three dream analyses are free — no card required. After that you buy small consumable credit packs (one credit = one fully interpreted dream). There is no subscription, and credits don't expire.
What makes the interpretations Jungian?
Lyra works the way an analyst trained in depth psychology works: it asks for your associations before offering meaning, treats dream figures as parts of the dreamer, and reads images through concepts like the shadow, the anima and animus, and individuation — rather than looking symbols up in a dictionary. The interpretation is arrived at with you, not delivered to you.
